2 Day Movement & Meditation Retreat with Steve

Traditionally, Yoga and meditation walked hand-in-hand. The two were complimentary practices that when blended together would help us move through our lives with more presence, more awareness, and less reactivity. In this 2 day-long retreat, Steve Ferrell will be combining Yoga and movement practices with formal meditation practice, teaching how to pull these practices into a well-rounded approach to living Mindfulness in everyday life.

These 2 days will consist of movement practices, designed to draw more attention to the interaction between body, mind and world, mixed with formal meditation practices for beginner and more experienced practitioners. Throughout the day, Steve will also be giving small talks about how to integrate Mindfulness practices into everyday life, showing us that practice does not have to stop when we leave the meditation cushion or the Yoga mat. Steve is a strong believer that the cushion and the mat are the training ground for us to cultivate more mindfulness into the rest of our lives. Thus, creating a life of presence, curiosity and engagement

Learn to Meditate with Steph DeBou

Whether you are brand new to meditation with a desire to learn, have tried to meditate on your own but are having trouble making the practice stick, or just need to re-invigorate an old practice with new life, this course is for you.

Each week we will focus on a specific theme: Ground, Sound, Body, Breath, Rest, and Compassion. You will be guided through 1-3 different styles of meditation for each theme, ranging in length from 10-20 minutes. There will be ample opportunity for small and large group discussions, as well as time for questions about your practice and/or the techniques presented.

You will receive an audio recording of the week’s meditation to continue your practice at home, and students are encouraged (but not required) to keep a meditation journal with notes about your practice, insights, and applications to experiences outside of meditation.

Somatics & Breathwork with Becky

Join Becky for an immersive experience in embodied presence where you will go through a guided journey of mindful movement, conscious breathing, and deep inner reflection.
In this workshop, we’ll explore how somatic movement and breathwork can help us reconnect to our bodies, release stored tension, and cultivate a greater sense of calm and aliveness. Through gentle, yoga-inspired somatic sequences and guided pranayama (two-part cyclic breathing), you’ll learn to tune into your inner world with curiosity and compassion.

Rather than a quick cure or emotional bypass, this session offers practical tools for building awareness, releasing stress, and accessing the wisdom held within your body. You’ll be invited to move, breathe, and listen, and to meet yourself exactly where you are.
No prior experience is needed. Come as you are, bring an open mind, and allow yourself to experience what it means to truly be in your body.
